This year, I want to focus more on original art that holds meaning to me - I’ll still be taking commissions but at a reduced capacity. A commission I did last year for Elaine of Tuskar Rock Lighthouse, just off the coast of Wexford. Their family have been holidaying in Carne beach,Wexford for over 30yrs and have been looking at the lighthouse in the distance for all that time. Her parents along with their friends got an opportunity recently to go over to the lighthouse and explore around the outside of it. They took the reference picture from the boat when they were alongside it. This painting will hopefullybe a lovely momento of that day for them.
