We, at Carrigaline Community Theatre, are very saddened to hear of the passing of Elmarie Mawe.

Elmarie was one of Cork’s great champions of the arts, tirelessly providing a platform and an opportunity to so many who needed it most.

Her contribution to Cork’s artistic community will be greatly missed.

Great reports back from our changed workshop, ran by Úna Ryan at very short notice. This is Úna's second workshop with us and proved just as successful as the first! Acting through expression was the theme of the night, we hope that explains Denis and Benny wearing masks as if they were going to a "party"! 😂

So next week, you'll be coming in listening to me for two hours! Sound fun?

Of course not! We'll be practicing some dialogue listening to what the other actor is saying and reacting/responding in the right way.

Don't take it from me, take it from some of the greats of the stage and screen... Unfortunately none of these greats were available on Wednesday, so you will have to watch me bluff my way through the workshop!
