Hi everyone, I was trying to leave it as long as possible to see if I could sort it out but unfortunately we will not be able to go ahead with babygroup this summer due to funding and some legalities BUT keep an eye out and stay following as we hope to get both sorted in time for September. Apologies all, who knew there was so much involved in a voluntary play group!!🙈

Hi everyone.

Being a parent is so rewarding but it also has its challenges. One thing that is not often talked about is how lonely it can be for the default parent or guardian. Meeting other people in the same or similar situation can be a good way tp help keep the mind clear. Most parent coffee groups or meetings have a charge but meeting in the park or a pre arranged spot is free or so much cheaper! Twice a week we will post a time and location that parents and children aged between 0-3 will meet to create friendships and encourage learning and development with others.

Please note we are NOT PROFESSIONALS in childcare or any other field associated with children, simply just parents wanting to get out of the house and try to keep some bit sane 🤣
Im new to this so any ideas on how to make the page and communication more efficient just let me know, il get back to you ASAP but please remember I am in the same boat as you and am a parent so it may take some time 🙈
