The Official page for Athboy Macra na Feirme. Macra na Feirme is an Irish, voluntary, rural youth organisation for those aged 17-35.

Athboy Macra na Feirme as founded in 1961 and has become an integral part of the local community. The club provides a place for young people both socialize and to engage their talents in entertainment, public speaking, sport or agriculture.

With the Summer drawing to a close and a new Macra year kicking off, it's time to have a Summer bash and present all our clubs with their hard earned competition awards for the year gone by 🏆🎊🍾

What a weekend for Claire, representing Meath Macra at The Blue Jean Country Queen Festival! For a change this year, Claire was the Queen, when she's usually working tirelessly behind the scenes on the Blue Jean Committee!

She made her club and county proud and we hope she made memories for life. Take a look at all she got up to over the weekend! 🥰

Also, it was no easy feat getting the county in together for a picture, but we got there in the end 😜

Ahead of the announcement this evening we just wanted to wish our the best of luck in the Blue Jean Country Queen Festival!

What can we say, only that Claire is an incredible ambassador for Macra and is a credit to her club and county. She has taken every opportunity to be involved in her club, county and nationally and we couldn't possibly be more proud of her!

Best of luck Claire and regardless of what happens tonight you will always be the queen of our hearts 🥰🥰

Day 1 at Blue Jeans done for Claire.

An enjoyable first day, meeting the queens, committee, team building at causey and finished the night with a pub crawl.

Meath Macra Titles night took place last night and our own Claire Gough will represent Meath in the Blue Jean Country Queen Festival.

Shane Cranney, Moynalty will represent us in Mr Personality, Nadine Smyth, Longwood in the Queen of the Castle and Laura Daly from Enfield in Queen of the Land.
