To start the year, please accept this token of love from us at Bengkel Tari AyuBulan in the form of PANCA SESARI - a performance of dance & poetry.

'Panca' means five while 'Sesari' is the old coin ('p*s bolong') used in traditional Balinese offerings as a symbol of sincerity in giving.

Presenting 5 dances both classical or traditional-contemporary, seamed into one another with a poem either read or sung.

'Panca Sesari' is scheduled for SUNDAY 12 FEBRUARY 2017 at GALERI INDONESIA KAYA, level 8 Grand Indonesia (West Mall), performed TWICE back to back:
Show I at 3:00-4:15pm
Show II at 5:00-6:15pm

As the educational subdivision of AyuBulan Dance Community, Studio TARI Ayubulan is now in its third year of teaching dances to dance learners at all ages. If you wish to learn Balinese dances - basic dance skill is not a must - come join one of our studios in Jakarta. It's never too late to dance!

Sneak peeks of rehearsal for Kemilau Legong at Pura Cilandak South Jakarta.
This coming Sunday Bengkel Tari performance will be accompanied by live gamelan from the Sekaha Gong under Wayan Radjin.
