Band ini terbentuk di bali pada agustus 2011,We Struggle In August terbentuk dengan format New Alternatif METALcore yang dimana mengikuti jiwa remaja yang selalu berteriak.dengan influence yang agak sedikit brutal seperti Suicide Silence, BMTH, dan Lain-lain yang paling menyatu dengan jiwa muda dimana sebagian kebrutalan musik yang terdiri dari sebagian besar masih menginjak bangku SMA.
