Sesungguhnya amarah itu dari setan dan setan diciptakan dari api. Api akan padam dengan udara. bila salah seorang dari kalian marah, melawan berwudhu.

Menahan diri dengan diam Dari Ibnu Abbas dari Nabi Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, beliau mengatakan: ا لْيَسْكُتْ Barang siapa marah, diamlah duhulu
