Term & Conditions:
• 1 entry per person to go into the draw to win the ultimate bali package
• All vouchers are valid from January 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021
• All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
• All vouchers are not valid during special occasion or in conjunction with any special promotion
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed
• We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
• Reservations are essentials for redemption of all vouchers
• Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, the sponsors will invoice for the difference and this must be paid on the spot.
• Reservations for The Luxe, The Oberoi & Ulu Cliff House using a gift voucher must be made online via their website. The voucher number must be entered in the Gift Voucher field on the payment page along with payment details at the time of making the initial booking. This notifies the property of the intention to use the gift voucher towards the booking.
• Acceptance of the gift voucher entered on a reservation as payment is subject to final verification by the property upon receipt of the booking. Some block out dates may apply.
