Im Workshop wird jeder eine klassische kleine Tasche filzen. Ich stelle die Grundvorlage bereit, aber die Form des Deckels und des Taschenkörpers kann frei gestaltet werden. Du kannst das Muster und die Farbkombination ganz nach deinem Geschmack anpassen.

Diese zweischichtige Tasche wird ausschließlich aus handelsüblichem Prefelt hergestellt. Durch die freie Gestaltung der Farben und Muster entstehen äußerst spannende und zarte Pastellfarben.

Im Workshop lernst du die einzigartigen Verhaltensmerkmale dieses Materials kennen und wie du es zu deinem Vorteil nutzen kannst, auch für die Herstellung größerer, komplexerer Objekte.
Du wirst entdecken, wie man daraus mit einer Schablone ein gefilztes Objekt formt, und erfährst verschiedene Möglichkeiten, es als dekoratives Element zu verwenden.
Außerdem lernst du Techniken, um schöne Pastell-Effekte mit diesem Material zu erzielen.
Ich empfehle diesen Workshop sowohl für Anfänger als auch für fortgeschrittene Filzerinnen und Filzer.
Die Unterrichtssprache ist Englisch, aber selbst diejenigen mit den geringsten Englischkenntnissen werden alles verstehen, was sie sehen.

Ich empfehle diesen Workshop sowohl Anfängern als auch fortgeschrittenen Filzgestaltern.
Während der zwei Tage erstellen die Teilnehmer mindestens vier verschiedene Ringbasen. Der Ring wird flach gearbeitet, um bequem getragen werden zu können.
Wir werden die gefilzten Ringbasen mit unterschiedlichen Webdesigns verzieren, verschiedene Webtechniken anwenden und diese kombinieren.

Was du lernen wirst:

Wie man eine stabile, aber elegante gefilzte Ringbasis herstellt
Wie man einen flachen, strapazierfähigen Ring gestaltet, der bequem um den Finger liegt
Wie man Garne und Wolle für die Miniatur-Webtechniken auswählt
4–5 verschiedene Ringdesigns/-strukturen
5–6 kleine Webtechniken, die durch Variationen unzählige weitere schöne Schmuckstücke ermöglichen
Die Kurszeit wird es dir erlauben, mindestens einen Ring vollständig mit deiner bevorzugten Technik zu fertigen – jedoch nicht alle vier bis fünf Ringbasen mit den vorgestellten Dekorationswebarten. Du wirst jedoch über ausreichendes Wissen und Vorbereitung für alle Techniken verfügen und sie später fertigstellen können. In der verfügbaren Kurszeit teile ich mit dir alle Techniken, die ich normalerweise für meine Ringe anwende.

Die Unterrichtssprache ist Englisch, aber selbst diejenigen mit den geringsten Englischkenntnissen werden alles verstehen, was sie sehen.

I’m delighted to announce that I have been invited to teach at Wollknoll in Oberrot, Germany this summer as well. This year is particularly exciting, as two of us from Hungary will be teaching there at the same time, between ugust 10–15 - myself and Anikó Boros. Each of us will be offering a three-day workshop and a two-day workshop, giving you the unique opportunity to combine our courses and enjoy a full week of learning, inspiration, and creativity.
Set in the peaceful countryside about an hour from Stuttgart, the Wollknoll premises provide the perfect environment for focused making and genuine relaxation. Surrounded by nature, tranquility, and like-minded people, the experience feels almost like a creative retreat—a chance to step away from everyday life and immerse yourself in feltmaking.
During the three-day workshops (August 10-12), you can create an ethereal, soft pastel felt bag with me, or a unique pebble-inspired wall clock with Anikó Boros.
In the shorter, two-day workshops (August 13-14), the focus turns to jewellery: with me you'll discover a distinctive technique that combines feltmaking with weaving, while with Anikó Boros you’ll explore the rich symbolism and forms of the pomegranate to create truly unique wearable pieces.
