The Foyer Culturel KANNARI is beginning to establish strong foundations with the progress of its projects.
Training young people—especially the most underprivileged—both artistically and educationally, reducing juvenile delinquency, fostering the well-being of Haitian youth, and developing leadership skills are among the key points that the Foyer KANNARI group presented during the Salvant Tripote show on Canal 4Diaspo TV. These initiatives are now only waiting for the necessary opportunities to be fully realized.
Thanks to a generous donor, we have been able to rent a space valued at 10,000 US dollars, a place that we hope to equip and develop with your support so that children can gather and work in good conditions. This location is temporary because, as mentioned during the interview, the Foyer Culturel KANNARI needs 3 to 5 carreaux of land to fully accommodate the children and provide them with everything they need, including a roof over their heads.
While we await this major step, we need additional financial support as well as all forms of material or institutional assistance in order to continue moving forward.
