Presenting Studio ii — an award winning architecture studio and their brand identity! Infusing our passion for architecture with artistic brilliance, we at Plac Studio are thrilled to reveal the visual embodiment of Studio ii essence.

Merging contemporary finesse with enduring sophistication, logo and branding mirror the very innovation that defines Studio ii.

The logo consists of a simple typographic inscription, while in the background there are “+” signs, which are used in their architectural designs and urban plans. With this background, we achieve a variable and movable logo. Thus, we get an interesting and dynamic solution that the studio can use depending on their needs.

What we forgot to mention in the last post is that Contemporary Croatian Fashion Photography from the 1990s to the 2020s, a book by Dr. Petra Krpan won the award for the best publishing project in 2022, and we were awarded the award for the best design and book layout.

The award was given to us in February 2022 by the president of ULUPUH, Dr. Art. Ivana Bakal, and the Minister of Culture, Dr. Sc. Nina Obuljen Koržinek.

We're incredibly proud of our team and grateful for this recognition. A big shout-out to everyone involved in making this project a success! 🙌 Stay tuned for more inspiring designs coming your way.

We're thrilled to share that we had the incredible opportunity to work on the design and layout of Contemporary Croatian Fashion Photography From 1990s To The 2020s by the author Dr. Petra Krpan. The book contains the most important works significant for Croatian Fashion Photography.

We would like to thank the author Dr. Petra Krpan for her trust, and the editor Jadranka Hlupić Dujmušić for her support and help.

Parts of the typography from the name "River" were used on other materials giving them a dynamic look.

River is an internal platform developed by a maritime crewing agency from Rijeka, whose purpose is crew management.

The visual identity consists of a combination of illustrative line and typography that make the name "River". The line complements the typography and together they form a whole.

Actor’s Regatta is a sports—recreational event, held each year in Croatia. By combining acting and sailing, we have created a simple but striking visual identity that simultaneously symbolises an acting curtain and a sail.
