Earlier this year I was chosen to participate in the 2026 East African Cultural Birth Worker Exchange with Southern Birth Justice Network and other passionate birth workers making a difference in our communities. With our departure just 5 weeks away, I am in need of YOUR HELP 🫵🏽 to raise the remaining $3,500 that will cover this experience.

This year has been quite the balancing act but this girl pulled it off! Between school and almost daily dance practice with the Performance Team, we spent more time in the car than we did at a dinner table. But in that car we did homework and performed concerts at the top of our lungs!!

For someone that’s only been on their feet for 7 years, this little human has been running through life with ease! I’m just glad I can still keep up 🫠
8 years strong and I couldn’t be more proud of my baby and the challenges we’ve navigated over the years. She came into my life and we were both kicking and screaming. Nowadays, we’re still at it…just in a Dance competition kinda way 😉😜
