今次的《松茸樂園》── 社區雜耍劇場研究計劃，前期由研究藝術家們共同炮製，將雜耍技巧融入日常生活當中，為社區長者和小朋友們設計雜耍互動遊戲，研究成果將製作成一本《生活雜耍小冊子》，於《松茸樂園》演出即場派發和及後派發至社區中心，有興趣朋友歡迎 DM 我們✨

特別感謝曾參與焦點小組及公眾工作坊的機構及受眾，讓我們可以展開跨世代及打破框框的探索💭

此計劃由西九演藝「Arts Impact 創研計劃 2025」支持始創研究及首演製作。

𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘍𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘺 — Circus Theatre in Community Practice were conducted by research artists jointly, they integrated juggling techniques into everyday life, designing interactive juggling games for both elders and children in the community.

The research outcomes will be compiled into “The Everyday Juggling Booklet”, which will be distributed during the performance of 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘍𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘺 and later shared with local community centres, DM us if you are interested✨

Special thanks also to the organizations and community members participating in the focus groups and workshops, so we could embark on an intergenerational and boundary-breaking exploration.

當雜耍走進社區：一場關於「玩樂權利」的實驗室 🧪✨

《松茸樂園》── 社區雜耍劇場研究計劃在過去三個月以焦點小組（Focus Group）形式展開，邀請 8 歲至 80 歲的街坊一起探索。就像菇菌在被忽視的角落靜靜生長、編織出它們的網絡，我們發現藝術其實藏在最平凡的日常裡，並能輕鬆愉快地連結社區與不同年齡層。🌱

之後我們舉辦了公眾工作坊，與社區分享研究成果，並製作成一本《生活雜耍小冊子》，分享給每位《松茸樂園》的觀眾。

🌟 我們在過程中的三個發現：

1️⃣ 家務也能變魔術 🏠
衣架、氣球、洗衣籃……原來家裡的物件都能拿來玩！把「晾衫」「接衫」的日常動作變成雜耍表演，打開想像力，讓生活空間變成遊樂場。

2️⃣ 跨代連結，喚醒童心 👵👶
長者練習「頂衣架」時，喚起了童年「頂雞毛帚」「頂遮」的回憶。一開始他們玩得比小孩還投入！不論任何年齡或身體狀況，每個人都有享受玩樂的權利。🎈

3️⃣ 讓家庭重新連結 🤝
在手機世界的時代，孩子們放下螢幕、專注在眼前的物品和身邊的玩伴。那份真實又單純的歡笑，是我們動力的來源。

靜靜雞同大家宣佈，我地正式改名做「馬戲盒子」香港雜耍劇場！首個打響頭炮嘅雜耍劇場就係《松茸樂園》，4月11-12日係戲曲中心上演，快啲報名啦！

Join a magical, immersive community theatre experience that invites audiences of all ages into a world of shared play and juggling!

Inspired by the resilient, interconnected networks of fungi, 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘍𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘺 highlights human connections through the joy of juggling – and transforms everyday objects into fun juggling props.

The performance is devised by artist Alysa Leung, in collaboration with local professional jugglers and community performers, as part of the ‘Arts Impact Fellowship 2025’ of WestK Performing Arts.It explores how creativity and connection can be found in unexpected circumstances. At the end of each event, audiences are invited to enter the performance space and try their hand at some fun juggling tricks alongside the performers!

「雜耍，是一場輕鬆的創意探索」

不追求高難度技巧，
而是邀請你透過基礎的拋接與旋轉，
感受身體與道具如何自然地相互牽引。
無需舞蹈基礎或藝術天賦，只要願意拿起雜耍道具，
隨自己的節奏動起來，便會發現即使手腳不協調，
也能在簡單動作中玩出獨特花樣。

本次工作坊內容：
➊ 課堂透過討論及實踐建立大家對雜耍的想法
利用簡單的概念發展出不同的可能性

➋ 教授雜耍基本的元素及概念身體與物件的關係
建立Jugglers對身體的認識有效我們的練習

➌ 幫助大家建立自己的訓練系統
發展出自己玩雜耍的風格
整理Jugglers已有的素材
再將已有的素材發展成新的招式

潘穎樑，生於香港，現居比利時，是一位馬戲藝術家，長年活躍於雜耍領域。他擅長讓身體與道具互動，探索兩者之間的關係，並致力於將雜耍藝術推向新的表現形式。
他曾於香港演藝學院（HKAPA）修讀現代舞，取得文憑後，前往比利時École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque（ESAC）深造雜耍表演，並獲得藝術學士學位。
在歐洲，他參與過多個劇團的演出，與不同藝術家合作，包括：
REAL // UGLY // SPARKLING（Collective Simul Solus）
Permit, oh permit my soul to rebel（Company Side Show）
Douce Révolution（Compagnie des Mutants）
The Labyrinth（Fabian Krestel）
2022年，他與馬戲藝術家Alonso González及Keivin Benavides共同創作雜耍演出《How did you know?》。
2024年，他在比利時Detour Festival的Juggling Battle中奪得冠軍。
目前，他與比利時劇團Compagnie des Mutants合作，在歐洲進行長期巡演。

今次創作由一段段練習開始，練習尋找，練習失敗，練習放棄。重複又重複，像一場沒有盡頭的修行。在時間長河迷失之前，這群漂流的人相遇，產生碰撞；最後凝聚成一個群體，一起探索未知。

就像是一艘飄流在未知的飛船，這一代即將啟程，在孤獨中成長，在困惑與渴望中尋找自己的宇宙。

Circus Bootcamp 3.0: Time after Time

Remember the “apocalypse prophecy” that haunted the first half of the year? Now, in the final month of 2025, Gen Z, the generation of the future, asks, “How do you perceive time when you’re told it’s running out?”

Our creative process is built on a series of practices: practising the search, failure, and how to give up. Time after time, it becomes an endless journey of self-discovery. In the river of time, a group of drifting souls meets, sparking collisions that ultimately coalesce them into a single whole.

This generation is now ready to launch.
Like a spaceship drifting into the unknown, they grow in solitude, searching for their own universe amidst the confusion and longing.

《木人巷3.0：再見時間》

「我們都對末日有很多想像，但末日之後呢？當沒有AI、沒有電話、沒有社會，剩下的就只有「人」和「物」。如果末日是未來，我們的未來便是回到最原始的過去。

常言道：「孩子是希望的象徵。」而末日則站在其對立面。在末日之下重塑文明，就是今次《木人巷3.0: 再見時間》的框架。表演一開場便是一片荒蕪，孩子們重新學習與「物」之間的關係。拋波、轉碟、耍棍，全都成了末日後的延伸想像，再拓闊至人與人之間透過「物」的交流，便成了社會的趨形。

作品是遊戲，表演者是玩家。觀眾就是在觀看打機youtuber的直播。作為表演團隊的一份子，我衷心希望不論是觀眾還是玩家，都在這45分鐘內有良好的遊戲體驗。」

Circus Bootcamp 3.0: Time after Time

“We all have different imaginations about the end of the world, but what happens after the end? When there is no AI, no phones, no society—“people” and “things” are the only things that remain. If the end is in the future, then our future is a return to the most primitive past.

There is a saying, ‘Children are symbols of hope,’ and yet, the end of the world stands opposite to that. Rebuilding civilization after the apocalypse forms the framework of this piece, Circus Bootcamp 3.0: Time after Time. The opening depicts a wasteland, where children relearn their relationship with “things.” Tossing waves, spinning plates, and working with sticks—all become extensions of post-apocalyptic imagination, and further expand into how people communicate through “things,” shaping society’s trends.

The work is a game; the performers are players. The audience is like viewers watching a gaming YouTuber’s live stream. As part of the performance team, I sincerely hope that whether audience or players, everyone will have a good gaming experience within these 45 minutes.”
