Creative Assistant Consultant
Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Assistant Consultant to manage various art projects that MobArt takes on as well as adding constantly looking our for more talented artists to add to our MobArt and DrawOnWall community.
Specific Tasks:
* Artists database:
maintain current artists database to keep information up to date as well as adding more artists to our platform through visiting artists' studios, going to art events, desktop research etc.
* Project management:
manage MobArt art projects e.g. liaise with artists / clients, attend meetings, follow-up, onsite inspection, installations, on the day participation etc.
* Assist in marketing and events promotion including social media, mobile, e-mail, web. Promotional Outputs: To produce high quality, creative outputs for MobArt and Draw On Wall for its social media platforms, websites, events etc.
* Ideas hub:
research and execute on new initiatives - we love new ventures and are energised by them!
* Administration work:
accounting e.g. keeping records of receipts, expenes, data collection / management, cleaning up contact lists etc.
Skills Required:
We are looking for someone who can work independently, service-minded and can multi-task, and enjoy the challenge of bringing MobArt to the next level!
We value everyone's opinion and would need everyone to think on their own and speak up.
You should definitely be interested in Art / beautiful creative things too!
