The GuWei Museum Choir is now welcoming new members. Through rhythm, singing, and teamwork, children build focus, coordination, and confidence.
Here, children learn more than vocal technique — they learn to listen to one another and move in harmony.

由畫家張浩然演譯的敦煌畫作展覽「靈與動」已於今日（9月9日）完滿落幕，非常感謝展覽期間各組織，院校及訪客光臨本館參觀，特別鳴謝張浩然先生的熱情洋溢、充滿激情的創作，啟發我們瞭解不一樣的敦煌文化。
在9月7日我們專門迎來了演藝學院（HKAPA）師生，一同細賞藝術家張浩然的作品展。
在當天專題導賞中，師生們全程投入，細致品味展覽中呈現的多元藝術元素。不論是蘊含古典氣韻的藻井、充滿數學美感的莫比烏斯環，還是莊嚴肅穆的千手千眼觀音與飄逸靈動的飛天圖像，皆引起大家的熱烈討論與共鳴。
導賞期間，學院老師特別提點同學們仔細觀察作品的視覺結構與創作邏輯，鼓勵大家將當中所思所想融入個人課業及未來的創作中。館方衷心感謝演藝學院師生的到訪，亦很高興能為同學們帶來這場觸動心靈的藝術之旅。

The exhibition "Spirit and Motion," featuring Dunhuang-inspired works by artist Andrew HY Cheung, successfully concluded today (September 9). We extend our sincere gratitude to the various organizations, educational institutions, and visitors who came to the gallery during the exhibition period. Special thanks go to Mr. Andrew HY Cheung for his enthusiastic and passionate creative work, which inspired us a unique perspective on traditional Dunhuang culture.
On September 7, we had the pleasure of welcoming faculty and students from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) to appreciate the exhibition together.
During the session, the visiting faculty and students were fully engaged as they explored the rich, diverse artistic elements on display. Ranging from classical caisson ceilings and mathematically elegant Möbius strips to the solemn Thousand-Handed and Thousand-Eyed Guanyin and dynamic apsara imagery, the artworks inspired thoughtful discussion and shared appreciation.
Faculty members also highlighted the visual structures and creative logic behind each piece, encouraging students to draw inspiration from the visit for their own coursework and artistic projects. We extend our sincere gratitude to the HKAPA faculty and students for joining us, and we are delighted that the experience offered them a truly memorable artistic journey.

各位在導賞人員帶領下，共同參觀常設展、本地畫家張浩然個人作品展「靈與動」，以及馬年特展。眾人皆沉浸於中西文化之中，在導賞期間細緻觀賞陶瓷、銀器、珠寶等展品，以至於「靈與動」所展示受敦煌文化啟發的畫作。各參觀人士亦造訪了雙茗匯及本館圖書閱覽室，進一步了解本館整體的文化理念。🍵📚

GuWei Museum was honoured to welcome members of the "Intelligent Insight Workshop” for a guided tour on September 9th! 🏛️✨
Guided by our docent, the group explored our permanent exhibition, local artist solo exhibition “Spirit and Motion” by Andrew HY Cheung, and our Horse Exhibition. Guests immersed themselves in a rich blend of Chinese and Western cultures—from admiring exquisite ceramics, silverware, and jewellery, to taking in the stunning Dunhuang-inspired paintings in “Spirit and Motion”. The group also visited our coffee shop and library lounge to learn more about our cultural vision. 🍵📚

We provide script materials and sample videos, along with tailored guidance from professional Italian teachers on reciting Italian poetry! All we need is your passion—we'll take care of the rest!

We are excited to share that the GuWei Museum Choir will be established in October 2026. This initiative provides young learners with the opportunity to engage in Music Theory, develop Singing Techniques, and cultivate Teamwork Skills.

A clothing swop for the little ones (and the parents who love a good clear-out) from 0 to 6 years. Bring along outgrown clothes, find new favourites.

【敦煌畫展倒數8天】畫家張浩然作品《三個願望（之一）》

本作創作靈感源自畫家童年作文《三個願望》，並結合敦煌石窟中的「如意輪」意象。畫作以紫色為主色調，呈現藝術家透過繪畫進行自我探索與創作轉化的過程。
