Mental Ideas is on a roll and making lots of dough! We've spent the summer turning our kitchens into mini-Hiroshimas baking bread for the to help pandemic-hit charity Breadline - HKFoodWorks! Last week we donated bread to a shelter for Kenyan migrants (pictured). We are also collaborating with on doodled designs and messages of solidarity for our sustainable bread boxes! To mark 2020 ***dePreventionDay, Mental Ideas is proud to premiere 'NOT TODAY'. Shot in a few hours on a simple mobile phone, this about fighting back was made to raise ***deAwareness. Too often, su***de is portrayed as a sign of weakness. Most people don’t seem to appreciate the strength and courage of those fighting suicidal thoughts to live another day. We hope it helps those affected to know that they are not alone, sparks and pays tribute to their fighting spirit. Forever can be a daunting concept for anyone struggling with . But not every day will be like today. So our message to you is simply to keep fighting and say NOT TODAY.
