How do you examine reality? This monk is meditating and agonized wondering about dream and reality. Though he has spotlight on him, he couldn’t care less. He is closing his eyes and exists. Perhaps that’s how we should live through illusion.

YogArt Retreat First Edition 🔥 Thanks these lovely people taking time to take care of themselves, stretching both mind and body with me and Heidi! For me, self-care is about aligning my mind and body which is a constant battle, as how they feel varies all the time. It takes efforts to read and feel them so they can work well together. It seems easier for them to work together when both mind and body are open 😉 So I believe Yoga and Art is a great combo for self love! 💋

This was the premiere screening of Yan's video on ＃Rwanda artist Epa Binamungu. She interviewed him in his Inganzo Arts Centre aka Art Gallery. She shot and edited the video. This is her very first video. She found it exciting and a little scary 😱 to share with friends, especially with a professional production crew from France watching haha!
