Hello swing friends from around the world!
Hong Kong Swings was founded in 2006, and since then, with the support of Grappa’s Cellar, our regular swing spot, we have been happily dancing and seen our community grow.
Today, Grappa’s Cellar faces closure as its property developer Hongkong Land has decided not to renew its lease when it is up in July - they are planning to turn the space into a food court.
We have created a petition on Change.org, please help us save our regular dance venue by signing it (link in bio), please share and help us spread the word, using the hashtag . Grappa’s is not only home to Hong Kong Swings, it is also a significant feature in the Hong Kong arts and culture scene as it hosts many concerts, artists and cultural events.
