Kale haters and lovers! Try this Crispy Kale Pancake

Keto friendly, Low Carb, Gluten-free High Protein, Vegan, Post-Workout Snack or Meal!

Ingredients:
1. Garbanzo flour
2. Boiled and mashed mixed beans
3. Finely Chopped dry kale using blender
4. Garlic and baking powder, dry herbs of your choice
5. Extra Virgin Olive oil for pan fry
6. Optional grated smoked gouda cheese toppings

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave it to dry up a bit in the refrigerator.
Take the bowl preferably after 1-2 hours and mix well again.
On a non stick pan pour a few drops of Extra Virgin olive oil and spread across the pan evenly.
Take a scoop (half a cup) of the mix and pour it on the non stick pan.
Flatten out the pancake with the back of spoon.
Cook for 3-4 mins on medium to low heat on each side.
Cover with a lid partially intermittently to ensure even cooking.
Optional last step, for extra flavor grated a few strands of smoked gouda cheese on top. Turn off the heat and cover the non stick for a minute.
Enjoy the extra crispy and cheesy bits of gouda cheese on the sides. They sizzle into cheesy crispness!

ALERT lovers...

Decadent guilt-free cookie dough and
The 1 MINUTE GLUTEN-FREE microwave cookie

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Gluten-free Oats powder
3 tablespoons Gluten-free raw cocoa powder
3 tsp Flaxseed meal
2-3 tablespoons Walnut butter or any other nut butter
3 tsp Almond milk or any other skimmed milk
4 tsp Date and red pepper sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method:

- Mix all the dry ingredients with a fork
- Add walnut butter into the mix
- Add cold almond milk while stirring the mix constantly
- Continue to mix with the help of fold and press method with the back of a spoon
- Make sure all the ingredients have mixed very well in a uniform way
- Taste it
- Adjust sweetness as per your liking
- You may notice a shine on the dough after a while
- This indicates that the oil from walnut butter has been released
- Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes

EAT UP! with a cup of chilled/steaming almond (or any other dairy free plant based) milk or coffee

Or,

To make cookies in your microwave, dip your fingertips in cold milk and roll up small sized cookie balls. Press them with your thumb to flatten them in the center.

Place a 3 - 4 cookies at a time on a flat bottom microwave safe glassware. Even plates will do! Bake them in microwave for 1 min only.

Allow them to cool 5 mins ....and you know the rest 😊 @ Hong Kong

Anyone fancy a decent chicken burger?

What's in there:
Juicy Thigh chicken steak
Black pepper sauce
Seasonings
Shredded veggies
Caramelized onions
Toasted sesame buns

What's missing:
Bland flavor
Soggy tomatoes
stale bread/Soggy bun
Dry or tough meat

Paired with the breakfast special fried egg and crisp lettuce.
