✨對於一些使用Mastertronic 測試PO4 有偏差的客戶，可以參考一下以下的建議！

We have heard that a few customer experience too low results with po4 readings.
IF that happens you (proved by test versus a ref fluid ) then it’s very likely that the reagent is old.
Po4 reagents need to be used within it’s expire of life and once opened try to use it as much as possible as shelf life of a reagent is when it’s not opened. A test of po4 every 2-3 days is a good practice (or more often ofcourse). Then it’s no risk to get old reagents.

So actually good, MT purpose is to test often and Red Sea pro last long, it’s economical, so give yourself a present and test po4 often. That will lead to better turn over of the reagent and you will not experience false low readings.

If you have low readings due to old reagent then you can temporarily use baseline for that reagent and it will be back to accuracy again.

Its easy to make your own ref sol for KH.

Take 3.0 gram NaHCO3 and mix with 1000 ml RO.
Take 75 ml of that solution and mix that with 925 ml RO giving a 1000 ml solution if 7.5 dKH

Alkatronic is probably the most stable KH machine on market. Attention to details and 5 years experience is one of many reasons.
So I actually never do tests with reference fluids as I know it’s accurate (as long as you calibrate correct and mix reagent correct).
But today I did a test with a ref fluid I have done. The ref fluid has a dKH of 7.7 dKH.
