Fun fact: you can improve sleep quality by making your bedroom completely dark by pulling the curtain all the way down, or wear the face mask. 🛌😪

In my case, I sometimes leave a tiny gap intentionally to wake me up early naturally by the daylight. 🌅

冷知識：你可以拉下窗簾令到整個房間完全黑掉，或戴眼罩來改善睡眠質素。🛌😪

January 2026 recap:
- Revive Meowmethyst studio page to post furry and life stuff, keeping the page 80% positive and inspiring. 📸📸
- Had lot of fun bike riding at night with this wolsky. We rode from Tai Wai to Tai Po and Fen ling. 🚴‍♂️🚴
- Commission a Femboy art, more telegram stickers, and meal buddies art 🎨🖼️
- went out to fur meet 2 times: Wan Chai Pier and To kwa wan Party 🎉🎊
- Maimai grind so much I reach 14K in 8 months🎯💀
- Most importantly, the wolsky helped me with goal setting and prioritizing, I gained a little clarity in my life thanks to his help 🎯

Summary: January was indeed a fun and rollercoaster month, despite I show up slightly less than usual, I still had lot of fun.
