好耐無update 過FB, 原因係因為疫情我地完全停晒!啱啱先開番,重搬咗去新studio! 雖然地方細咗,但係因為空間細,反而聲音震動同埋和應感強咗,治療效果兩理想。

· Different spiritual practices can be used to enhance personal spiritual awareness. The combination of musical instruments and yoga often provides a path to a better spiritual practice. Gongs and singing bowls are known as two of the most healing instruments. The instruments are very effective as the vibrations of these two instruments are deep and strong. As 70% of human body is made up of water, the vibrations can pass through the water in our cells, thus achieve an energy restoration effect through this co-vibration effect. Gongs, with a loud and open tone, represent “Yang” energy; and they are mostly used in collective healing. Singing bowls, on the other end, give out soft and flowing sounds. They are seen as a representation of ‘Yin” energy, and can be used for personal healing or as one part of collective healing. In gong baths, one can use many gongs to give out strong and “yang” energy; but one can also use different musical instruments, such as singing bowls or wind chimes, to create a balance of “yin” and “yang” in order to clean up the unpleasant experiences and emotions left in different parts of the body and the chakras. A good gong bath will allow participants to receive different blessing effects, have a higher spiritual connection with the world, and develop spiritual awareness.

·
· Mr. Andrew Kwan is one of Hong Kong's most well-known metaphysicians. Mr. Kwan, who was born in a metaphysical family, is interested in both Eastern and Western mysticism. He doesn’t only have a history of ta**ra practice for more than ten years, he is also a Qigong/meditation instructor as well as a Taoist missionary teacher. Mr. Kwan is not only interested in religion and mysticism in the East, he has also spent a lot of time in studying western spiritual courses in the past ten years. He had attended courses in Taiwan, Australia, Canada and Hong Kong to study various disciplines such as Egyptian Reiki, Western Witchcraft, Fragrance Therapy, Past Life, Mayan Calendar, Singing Bowl, Gong and Shaman Drum. He hopes that he can help people discover their missions in life leveraging different methods. And humbly through his service and teaching, he wishes to enhance the spiritual strength of others. Mr. Kwan has been very interested in using various musical instruments as tools to achieve spiritual effects. In view of this, Mr. Kwan joined his student, Dr. Leung Qingchun, a graduate of the PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Hong Kong who has been engaged in audio engineering for more than 4 years. Together they have conducted research on the manufacture of gongs, hoping to produce gongs based on scientific foundations, exploring effects of vibration frequencies and chakra healing effects. They hope that Hong Kong can become one of the well-known manufacturing sources of gongs, like other than western countries such as Germany.
