Growing up required us to give up our childish self to become a more mature grownup and be tough when we feel sad. Those anxieties and expectations from the majority became a significant pressure on us, forcing ourselves to be perfect. No matter how bothering things come to, the essential issue needed to solve them is about how we think in our minds. It is important to clear your mind and to know what you truly think.

In this project, we want to share a positive message and encourage our audiences, especially those who are during the stage of growing up. As a reminder, self-care is important. The audience can understand more about themselves and care about themselves more in the future.

關於這個故事:

吳鎮的父母因移民離開了香港，便交托吳鎮給嫲嫲照顧。對於吳鎮來 說只是轉換了一個居住的地方。然而嫲嫲卻熱情地招待他。嫲嫲的生活習 慣與吳鎮有極大的不同，無論是日常飲食，生活作息都令他非常不習慣甚 至有點喘不過氣，因此令他們之間產生了很多爭執，而他們的關係亦越來 越差。
一次的爭執中吳鎮故意繞路丟下奶奶去了自己與朋友聚會。回家後 發現嫲嫲還沒有到家。這時候的吳鎮意識到自己做錯事了並連忙尋找嫲 嫲，他亦知道了自己其實並不是那麼不討厭她。
吳鎮終於找到嫲嫲，這次的事開始感受到嫲嫲對他的愛，並開始陪 嫲嫲做各種的事，一起吃雪條;一起踏單車，甚至一起吸煙。嫲嫲亦意識 到原來有人陪伴是多麼的快樂，是一種她已經很多年沒有感受過的快樂。

【2D Animation】

What is your desire?

Nowadays, youngsters try finding self esteem and fight-
ing for their dreams in different ways such as surfing the internet and posting on social media. However, reality and their self values often become obstacles.

Our animation ‘Starry’ was inspired by our self experienc-
es and the dream chasers, led and made by a group of four. It is a story about ‘finding ourselves’ and searching for self esteem. The story takes place in a fictional town where there is no daylight. Our main character, Aster, hopes to get others' attention and appreciation. One day, she was attracted by a meteor shining through the town.Aster then ran away from her neighbourhood and started searching for the ‘light’ she desired.

We hope to inspire the audience to a new vision, rediscover self-esteem and encourage not to hesitate chasing heir dreams through our story

“Tape #001” is a story between a talented art student, Chin Yu, and an introverted sound enthusiast, Chor. Chin Yu has made remarkable achievements in the art industry with her outstanding skills beyond her age. As she keeps on dedicating her effort towards art, her attitude and perspective towards art are being challenged. In a record store, she came across Chor. A journey of art explorations and self-reflections begins here.

【Can anything stand in the way of grandma’s love?】

Hi all, this is an animation about family affection. Let’s introduce the storyline.

Angry Max grabbed the radio and threw it out the window when her grandma asked her to dance, just because grandma was blocking her TV watching.

Even so, grandma made Max put on heavy clothes before she went out because she was afraid that Max would catch a cold. But things seem to be spiraling out of control.

Max dressed like a ball and rolled out due to some accidents. She flew into space, and grandma chased after him. At the same time, a meteorite is flying towards the planet they live on.

Fortunately, the ending is not bad. Max realized his mistake and took the radio back for his grandmother, and grandmother saved Max.

The two end up floating in space, embracing, just like dancing. Happy Ending!

Nowadays, people are bound by the values defined by the public. Social media keep telling people that they are not good enough. They make people believe the values they define. People who don’t fit the standard would be alienated by others. However, everyone is unique and special in the world. Differences don’t mean imperfection. People need to stop forcing themselves to fulfil the “perfect standard” promoted by the public. We hope people can learn to accept and appreciate oneself with an open mind through this animation.

In this world, people were fascinated by a cute character, Aasta. They were willing to buy plenty of its side products.The story happened in a claw machine of Aasta. There was a faulty toy who wanted to be picked up by someone. He tried different methods to make people notice him but none of the methods worked...

The miserable Yau Nam decides to end his life. He spots a tuft of grass growing within the gap of the wall. Like the grass, his life is as neglectable as it is. For the past years, he feels incompatible with the world. He sees himself in the grass – not worthy of living. He then picks it off.

As he is about to jump, he hears a loud “Bang!”. He sees a woman killing a man in the alley. At that time, May catches sight of Yau Nam.To stop him from calling the police, May threatens him to handle the co**se. She threatens him again at home, urging him to treat her wound. As Yau Nam hastily looks for the First Aid kit, he finds the drawers filled with canned food and only a small roll of bandage is left. He binds her wound but she snatches the bandage away and ties it around his hand
instead.

This is the first time for Yau Nam to feel ‘love’. A tuft of grass grows out again...A beam of
gentleness livens up his world. He lives on for the grass, protects and even sacrifices his
life for May.

【Animation about space colonization】

”Garden of Eden” is about Space Colonization. The planet looks like Earth in the story is
not really Earth. People turned the dark planet into an Earth-like planet in order to have
a new place to live in. It is because the Earth was heavily polluted.

There are many constructions and empty buildings / tower cranes in the new colonized
planet siine it is still developing.

Then, they eliminated all aliens but there is a virus (curse) that it would turn humans into
monster. Therefore, some people become “guardians” to protect the planet and fight
against the monster.

The main characters of the story are all members of the guardians and they are trying to
fight for their own desire in the new planet
