當生活被資訊填塞飽和，人們再無法聚焦，持續分心的精神狀態已經成為現代人的常態。兩位創作人試圖探問在科技發展與經濟流動性的浪潮下，物件／物質的價值如何。

現今推動世界運行前進的無形力量，與其說是人們對物質的慾求，其實由消費資訊所取代。這將如何影響我們在一個無物可抓、無從定位的境況裡頭，尋索乃至塑造自身的脆弱存在？飄浮在教人怠惰的數位海洋，甘願投進物流式的身體操作，享受浸沒在停滯黏稠低效能生產的湧動之中。

既是裝置展覽（日間）又是裝置・演出（晚上），在兩個時空中形成灰色地帶。《點石成液》邀請觀眾從中經歷不同層次的意狀氛圍。驟看表演者似是在體現一種以「靜默放棄」作為低限存在的社會性精神狀態。但在怠惰之中又湧動著一股動能，有如被遺忘的包裝物料，圍繞著永遠缺席的物品，在不斷拆解與重組。這是否在對當下虛幻的真實的一種構想？

Taking as their starting point the prolonged experience of distracted attention that characterises the day-to-day life of information-saturated urban dwellers, Chan and Abbas pose questions about the value of things swept up by the twin waves of economic fluidity and technological progress.

If the nebulous forces driving the world forward today have less to do with possessing things than with consuming information, how does this affect our ability to navigate, let alone shape our own precarious existence, with no-thing to grasp and find one’s bearings? Enter a logistics of movement that does not attempt to escape from the straitjacket of digital lethargy, but rather embraces immobility like an accomplice from the sticky shores of inefficiency and purposelessness.

Occupying a gray zone between exhibition (by day) and performance (by night), “No Time To Die: An Inert Liquid Assembly” invites audiences to encounter the piece via different levels of immersion and engagement. On immediate impression, the performers actions may be likened to the social phenomenon of “quiet quitting”, a term used to describe the passive defiance of employees contributing with only the bare minimum of work required. However, there remains an enigmatic ambiguity in this refusal to perform, simultaneously reflected by the mute and paradoxically performative inventory of packaging material, perpetually dismantled and re-formed around an ever-absent product. Could this be an imaginary capture of the real unreality of the world today?

通往（無法）言說之境
The Transcendent Territory Beyond Language

聲音、光影與身體交織的空間裡，《無無題》展現出一場層層疊加的詩意沉思，探索那些未曾明言、難以捉摸的存在。作品由一系列重疊的元素構成——聲音、聲音意象、身體與空間，彼此回應、彼此消解，如同繪畫的「覆蓋法」般持續地堆疊、解離與重塑。每一層在彼此互涉回應中，交融消解成另一層意義。

以人聲的物質特性為核心，創作者將其視作一種獨特的「聲紋」——既是身份的印記，也是藏匿於心底、難以用語言直述的震動。它是對聲音物質性的探索，旨在揭示聲音的本質與存在。在抽象與語言的局限之中，它喚起深藏於心、未曾明說的震顫與共鳴，那些潛藏在交流表面之下、微妙而真實的共振。

作品不在於明確定義或澄清意義，而是邀請觀眾沉浸在層層疊疊、流動不息的感知之中。如同一幅由無數筆觸覆蓋構築的畫作，《無無題》展現著一段段瞬與瞬之間的轉折、靜默與共振——意味著每個當下的意義構成及被傳釋的多變可能。

In a space where sound, light, and movement intertwine, Title Untitled unfolds as a layered meditation on the unspoken and the intangible. The performance is built upon a series of overlapping elements—voice, sonic imagery, body and space—each layer responding to and dissolving into the next. It is a choreography of echoes, a process akin to “overpainting,” where meaning is not fixed but continuously constructed through accumulation, dissociation, and rebirth.

Centred on the materiality of the human voice, the artists explore its qualities as a unique "voiceprint"—a signature of identity, a vibration beneath words that hints at what cannot be directly expressed. It is an exploration not of language, but of the materiality of sound itself. Through abstraction and the limitations of language, it evokes a presence that is both mysterious and visceral, a tremor beneath the surface of communication—a subtle unrest, a shared resonance.

The work neither seeks to define nor to clarify; instead, it invites an immersion into the layered flow of perception. Like a painting built from countless overlaid strokes, Title Untitled gestures towards the potential of moments in between—spaces of transition, silence, and vibration—where meaning is always provisional, always open to rebirth.

// 假如概括地把表演發生場域中的存在歸為兩類：「人」和「非人」，或說「活動的身體」和「靜止的物件」，它們是否擁有各屬的表演性？在有／沒有的基礎之上，兩者的共在和互動，能否誘發對「表演」更多層次的想像和理解？我認為No Discipline Limited近年來的三個製作，包括《躺在桌上的物件》（2021），《我們來真的》+《同謀合裝》（2023-2024），以及《點石成液》（2025），可以看成是同類探索的一系列嘗試。...
.. Abbas以工廠產物——瓦通紙箱、塑膠填充物、運輸帶——為原材料而製造出來的空間，在白天與晚上以兩種截然不同的面貌呈現。白天，《點石成液》的定位是展覽，展場散發出理性的秩序，不論是令人熟悉的箱子或不那麼熟悉、用途不明的半圓形紙板（可像教堂的門？），呈現對稱、森然的美。看到人類有能力製造出這種美，不禁低問何不更努力抹去生活的醜。把現成物從既有脈絡中抽離雖然是常見的藝術策略，但是由於展場中的包裝物料是全新的，沒有可供抽離的故事，Abbas於是把一般認知中的「包裝」從「物料」抽離，褪去其功能性，讓觀者從新注視「物料」。造些介乎雕塑、倉存和廢物之間的人造物既不指向特定議題，也不求成為與生活間離的「藝術品」。展場偌大的落地玻璃窗讓物件世界和窗後的香港連接起來；地上零散的組件，分不清是工序零餘的過去或有待使用的將來，在靜止中提示時間的存在。...
.. 「重複」模糊化了劇場的時間感。陳設計了一個主題動作（motif）：四位表演者在個半小時內不停地擺動胸椎，使頭頸胸如水草般擺動；是否帶有意思，取決於觀眾感受到的投入、沉悶或不明所以。陳的作品從來都不著眼於形式化的舞蹈設計，這個以身體來感染身體的策略卻很「舞蹈」。舞者持續地做這累人的動作所產生的疲倦，隨著時間滲入身體，憑著身體本身（而非符號化動作設計）的傳意能力，概念中的倦怠感成為觀眾可觸的質感。即使動作沒有敍事層面的「意義」，部分觀眾拒絕不了共感而跟著擺動起來。//

// 燈光慢慢在溫度及顏色上起變化。空間充斥滿滿的包裝紙但沒有貨物，空盒被舞者輕率拿起又隨便放下，建起一種熟悉但奇異的氛圍。想起法國作家喬治．佩雷克（Georges Perec）的空間理論提及的日常下（infra-ordinary），就是對在場平常事物的執著紀錄，並以觀察微物，來偵測缺席所留下的軌跡。當觀眾眼球每天被奇觀炸爆，此刻重拾對用完即棄物件的微觀，心思慢慢聚焦，細察日用紙盒正負空間形成的有趣圖型，瓦通紙凹凸紋理的質感、膠片原來有這種紅色、一大綑的波波膠紙很好玩似的、地拖的重量、手套的彈性、傳輸帶伸縮等等，逐漸覺得觀賞的趣味，就在四位舞者如何各自微妙地回應各種物料，他們身體特質各異，動作重覆又重覆，卻一直推展空間的變化，時而水平發展，時而垂直堆疊。他們有時獨自行動，默坐、遊走、堆砌、拆除、大叫、不斷飲水、拉伸勞損肌肉，跟觀眾輕微互動，又或把紙盒當帽子、當衣服、當床鋪、當密室，又或二、三人合作，串連包裝動作，就在沒完沒了的選擇裡慢慢顯露疲憊，枯燥愈展愈開。
... 筆者十分欣賞編舞者陳偉洛對空間的構建及對表演性的探索，他精準地製造不確定，在重覆、熟悉、尋常中打開新層次。在這個被奇觀、衝突騎刧的注意力經濟時代，觀眾收回自己的注意力，平靜地微觀日常物件，耐心地細看舞者跟物件及空間的互動，他們作為表演者及勞動的舞者的內在處理，身體及情緒細緻變化，正是表演重點。//

「點石成液」這個名字很有趣，想起社會學家鮑曼（Zygmunt Bauman）所描繪的液態社會，即當今社會從穩固結構「融化」為流動液體，一切關係短暫易變，我們的身份由消費取代生產來定義。而「點石成液」再玩味些，直指「金」....

// 演出過程中，舞者間中會從NPC人設中脫序，或是出現「自我意識」，情緒反應、模擬玩耍或想與觀眾互動，我們隱約會感覺到他們有某種人設，性格亦各有差異，但編舞陳偉洛似乎意圖營造一個延續性、沉浸式的狀態多於建構戲劇感。他於官方訪問裡以「黏稠」來形容當前人類的生存狀態。世界走得太快，人每份每秒都在回應巨量的資訊刺激，卻彷彿同時失去了對時空變化的感知。《點石成液》全長超過九十分鐘，大部分時間都亮著強光，舞者和觀眾在彼此的眼睛裡幾乎無處可逃（甚至舞者還可以躲在紙皮裡，而觀眾不能。），燈光甚至將環境溫度推高，承托著舞者們亢奮卻克制的身體，種種的凝滯都讓人不適。它將現代社會極高效率的生產和資訊交流所造成的精神過載與壓抑具象化，而觀眾無法只躲於黑暗的觀眾席裡旁觀。//

今年完成了兩個製作，接觸到好些新觀眾，收到一些意見，覺得NDL 的製作相對抽象及概念性，希望了解多一些NDL 過往策劃項目的方向，與及有關項目的概念生成及構作。

同時，NDL正在為「Platform Undefined」進行 Open Call，亦收到一些查詢，不同媒介的創作人有點不確定自己是否適合參與計劃。畢竟我們不是一個資助機構，而是一個策劃及製作的單位，確實是希望藉着這個 platform，認識及連結更多 like-minded 的創作人一起進行探索。

這個分享會，有點即興發起。希望是個開始，讓對於NDL 策劃及製作的項目有興趣、有好奇、有期待的新知舊雨，來個輕鬆的分享傾偈聚會。策劃人 Orlean 與嘉賓artists 會嘗試以「Sense-making and Making Sense」作為導入，回顧從orleanlaiproject 到 No Discipline Limited 的一些製作項目，從概念到構作上的分享。

唐納天將「細盒」空間轉化為一個融合物流倉庫與網購式家居的想像。網購附帶生產的是一堆包裝物，它們同時是經巧妙設計的有形、實用、作為負空間 (negative space) 式存在之物，但瞬間又成為資本主義供應鏈上再無用途的副產品，在物與非物之間的狀態，讓觀眾投入裝置空間，尋索與沉思工作與家居空間的重疊。

Abbas’ installation converts the space of The Room into a shape-shifting logistics warehouse-cum-domestic interior, a merger that calls to mind the hallmarks of an online shopping lifestyle. Packaging, the hyper-rationalised by-products of supply-chain capitalism, wavers back and forth in its intended use here as engineered space filler, to numerous unspecified functions, or roles in a drama of generic proportions.

擁抱停滯流動 - 黏稠、惛鈍、斑駁
Embracing a counter-logistics of movement – sticky, obtuse and worn
當生活被資訊填塞飽和，人們再無法聚焦，持續分心的精神狀態已經成為現代人的常態。兩位創作人試圖探問在科技發展與經濟流動性的浪潮下，物件／物質的價值如何。
現今推動世界運行前進的無形力量，與其說是人們對物質的慾求，其實由消費資訊所取代。這將如何影響我們在一個無物可抓、無從定位的境況裡頭，尋索乃至塑造自身的脆弱存在？飄浮在教人怠惰的數位海洋，甘願投進物流式的身體操作，享受浸沒在停滯黏稠低效能生產的湧動之中。
Taking as their starting point the prolonged experience of distracted attention that characterises the day-to-day life of information-saturated urban dwellers, Chan and Abbas pose questions about the value of things swept up by the twin waves of economic fluidity and technological progress.

If the nebulous forces driving the world forward today have less to do with possessing things than with consuming information, how does this affect our ability to navigate, let alone shape our own precarious existence, with no-thing to grasp and find one’s bearings? Enter a logistics of movement that does not attempt to escape from the straitjacket of digital lethargy, but rather embraces immobility like an accomplice from the sticky shores of inefficiency and purposelessness.
