It's hard to be patient when you're going through periods of uncertainty.



Your mind comes up with all sorts of weird scenarios.



Your mental health starts to suffer when you believe those thoughts.



In moments like these, pause and take a step back. Remind yourself that you're believing something that doesn't serve you.



Those thoughts are not the truth.



When you create some distance from such thoughts, you realize how ridiculous they are.



Worrying about the future is natural, but you don't have to drive yourself crazy obsessing about how you'll handle the events that might or might not happen.



The future hasn't happened yet.



You simply need to survive the present moment.



That's it. One moment at a time

You have had to endure so many battles to survive and heal.



You have been through unbearably hard times.



You hit rock bottom, and now you're building yourself up.



Other people may not understand the changes they see in you right now.



They may not fully understand the extent of pain you had to endure.



Don't let their assumptions make you feel inferior.



Do not allow them to undermine your self-esteem.



Focus on your healing. Have faith in yourself and your abilities.



Give yourself grace.
