 I did a thing and entered into a DJ competition. It’s for a classic trance event, and if you want to check out the link, find my post and show your support that would be great or if you just wanna visit the thread and check out a whole bunch of other really cool mixes, it that just might make your day! This is YOUR chance to be at one of the most amazing nights that Classic Trance has seen. We are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of 1998 and we haven’t played in years in the UK so this is going to be really quite the occasion.
Here is the drill… Please read really carefully:
1. Reply in this thread with your ‘BEST’ dj set (ideally mixcloud, YouTube etc)
(only 1 set! More than 1 and you’ll be eliminated - just post your favourite, best set)
2. As part of your submission, let us know ‘WHY’ you should be chosen to be the one to perform at Unified (just a link to a set and you won't be part of the selection).
3. Tag your friends and get them commenting on your submission as to ‘WHY’ its you that should be chosen (this will be taken into account, although its the quality of the set that takes the ultimate decision).
4. Let's get this thread huge, with loads of sets of Classic Trance. This is a chance for you to get your set out to people, and it will be lovely just to fill fb with Classic Trance.
We will choose a ‘TOP 5’ within a week or two and this 5 will be pushed to the Classic Trance Group as a poll and the fabulous Classic Trance Family will have the final say who gets chosen.
A few things to note:
- You’ll be responsible for getting yourself to the event in Birmingham, UK and back.
- You'll be contacted directly regarding you making it to the top 5.
- Whilst we'd like to get back to everyone, this likely won't be possible.
- Your name/DJ name will appear on the official flyer.
