From an early age she was drawn to the performing arts and the reflective and relational process of becoming oneself. She studied singing, dance and theater, and participated in performing arts projects in Athens, Oxford, Boston and New York. She studied mathematics and philosophy at the University of Oxford, psychology at Columbia University, and voice performance at Berklee School of Music. She
has had the good fortune of being mentored by exceptional individuals, including soprano Sarah Wolfson, voice performance teacher Panos Dimas, director and choreographer Antonis Koutroumpis, and pianist and composer Sofia Thalassinou Pedersen. Elina is currently based in Athens, practicing the arts of psychotherapy and performance, with a focus on the process of becoming oneself during adolescence, young adulthood and beyond.
