For as long as I can remember, I have been trying to understand people.
Sometimes through painting. Sometimes through political dialogue.
Over the past years, my work has taken me from art schools in Florence, Brussels and London, to mediation between political leaders during the war in Ukraine, and to exhibitions where my paintings have found homes across Europe.

These may seem like different worlds, but to me they have always been the same journey.

Both my art and my work as a mediator begin with the same belief: that human relationships matter, that nature keeps us grounded, and that listening is as important as speaking.
My paintings have evolved alongside my life. Today they draw deeply from Polish folk traditions, their connection to nature, the changing seasons, and the cycles of life. It feels like coming home to something that was always there.

Cherry picking is one of my favourite family moments of the summer. When we were kids, me and my brother would pick cherries at my grandparents garden. I would make my brother to climb the tree and tell him he has to repel the birds as ‘strach na wróble’ 😝😅😉 the silly games of an older sister 👩🏻🤪 now I pick the cherries with my brother and his son and then we all motivate my mother to make cherry continue and my dad to make a cherry wisniowka ❤️

Polish summer is for me the smell of fresh tomato 🍅 plants, the taste of wild blueberries and cherries picked up in my parents garden. It is the cherry 🍒 picking with my nephew and tomato planting with my mum. This is my new painting cycle on rituals that build families and communities- the Seeders. And those paintings are some studies

Polish summer is for me the smell of tomatoes harvested directly from the plant growing in the garden. When I was child my grandparents had a small greenhouse in the garden and it was my brother’s and mine afternoon duty to water them. Respect for food we cultivate was part of my upbringing and always when I seed and cultivate tomatoes I think of my ancestors and those small rituals passed in my family

Summer solstice today and I felt like being in my Slavic goddess vibe and needed to connect with the earth with my bare feet painting and dancing 💃 no flower wreath and jumping through the fire 🔥 but this must do for this year 😆🤣😝
