Before we cook, we shop like Athenians.

Every week, we take our guests to the local farmers’ market, where the real magic begins. Together we wander through colorful stalls, meet local vendors, discover seasonal fruits and vegetables, smell fresh herbs, taste authentic Greek products, and learn how Greeks shop for their daily meals.

With our baskets full of fresh ingredients, we head back to Athenians Cookhouse and transform our market finds into traditional Greek dishes.
