Hi am stephen Dadzie, a professional painters...before i started Abdad painting i worked in the painting industry for 18 years.. i started when I was 18 years old. I worked for various people, well known people, places, societies, schools, churches, hospitals, dvlas, military camp....years back a construction company got hold of me because of my energy, selfless energy, hard working ability, generosity to work with them on contract basis till now they always line me up for sub contracts... i enjoyed painting projects since there was such a transformation with all the projects. I tried to pay attention to the small details of this job.
I had pride in my work and wanted it to look good and last once its was complete, i do cleaning anf make i make sure the place look neat for a costumer satisfaction.
I learned a lot about painting, people and whats a small or bigger job can grow to be.. This was the properly the first time i had taught of owning my own business.. After many ups and downs in painting industry... its took couples of years to get all the tools and i still buy tools now when needed i was set up to complete projects... I am a hard working painter with experience.
I could work whole night and day but had some help. We quickly grew from one man to show and started to stay busy and had to get help up to 4-5 workers depending at time on the job.
We had ups and downs with workers, systems, scheduling,, completing projest and many other issues...
Its been challenging but we worked through a lot of issues and now have couples of workers....
