On Menstrual Hygiene Day at Fab Youth Camp, we had a practical and interactive session with both boys and girls on menstrual health.

We discussed common myths, proper menstrual hygiene practices, and even demonstrated how to correctly use a sanitary pad. By learning together, our campers gained knowledge, confidence, and a better understanding of menstrual health.

Last Tuesday marked the final session of the Excellence Service Online Course, and what an amazing journey it has been! We celebrated the graduation of our participants and were privileged to have Nadia join us for an insightful session on setting healthy boundaries with customers.
