WHERE DEY THE LOVE? WHERE DEY THE COMMON SENSE?

"love your neighbour as you love yourself", your scriptures say
Yet you show immeasurable love to you preacher man and political parties pass anything else.
You dey claim patriotic citizen,
But you just blindly dey follow your leaders demma decisions without keeping an open mind.
You only dey think of what you go chop today so you always dey jump on any bandwagon dem dey push
Sake of small coins dem go give you...as you dey watch make them sell the country den keep the wealth to themselves and for their future generations and keep mute.
You always dey claim say you know your left from right but won't oppose that man up there
Just cos he's climbed greater heights even when he accepts and makes deals with Mr. "Wong" and "Wright" and the outcome only worsen our plight.
And when the aftereffects start dey beat us in broad daylight, you cower and seek the face of the man who has no hand in the decisions we make(God) and blame the other just he's the one to take the blame for everything bad(Devil).
In the name of God everything is forgotten and thugs caught red-handed are welcomed with open arms and warm hugs.
But hey! Who am I to tell you, it's all in your head and the lights dey play plus your sense.
To the extent say some of you no dey fit face reality.
Where dey the love...where dey the common sense?
I'd be glad if we could all do away with all this idiotic life of hypocrisy and play small with love and common sense then f**k religion in it's face.
Stand up one! Stand up all! To face those who dey try make wonna lives sh*tty.
Whether one of our kind or not...we for make dem know demma place.
No dey matter demma race.
Let's be humanitarians and always keep an open mind.
Only after then will we enjoy our earthly grace as we dey on wonna grind.
