Today is the day.
SHAKEN Not Stir’D is a testimony in sound. I’ve been shaken by life, temptation, and my own weakness, but not destroyed—because the Lord’s grace is sufficient for me and His strength is made perfect in my weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). I know I can do nothing without Him; He is the vine and I am just a branch, but when I abide in Him, He abides in me and we bear much fruit together (John 15:5). Because my Father in heaven is perfect, He calls me to maturity and wholeness in Him (Matthew 5:48), and I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength (Philippians 4:13).These songs are me walking out my identity in Christ Jesus—refusing to just talk faith and choosing to move my faith by my works, so you can see the faith I claim (James 2:18). With my band, 400 Proof Enjoy the R.U.M, this album is a bold confession: I’ve been shaken by grace, not stirred by the world. Every track is an invitation to taste and see that the Lord is good, to know who you are in Him, and to live a faith that shows up in real life.
