The Deadlians are a Dublin based band with a cult following playing folk songs, punk rock, psychedelic segues. With thumping drums, a humming synth, evocative guitars and inventive vocal ornamentation, The Deadlians come together in catchy arrangements.

They are looking to create their own identity in the alternative folk music scene. Their music is phenomenal. With melodic and rhythmic tunes, their sound evokes a faintly darker edge to a new generation of Irish alternative trad/folk groups performing today.

Dublin man Sean Fitzgerald, singer, balladeer, songwriter, poet, storyteller and musician fronts The Deadlians started in 2018 as a four piece are now an Irish trad rock five-piece. One of Ireland’s best kept secrets!

SHOW ANNOUNCE 💥 Delighted to bring Wexford twin brothers, The Ocelots to York end of May! The first of many gig announcements this year for the Arts Barge community venue.

Blood harmonies are the centre of The Ocelots’ sound - imperfections of a voice breaking or a tempo shifting. The band’s performances help form a driven, energetic scrapbook, coloured by flutes, synths, harmonica and harmonium. The twin brothers blend absurdity and sincerity in an array of literature-inspired musings. Open tunings and clawhammer banjo bring country-folk contemplation, but the imagery is very much urban, living outside of the romanticised glaze of wood cabins and cottage-core nostalgia.

‘The 113 is a conjuration of a dark and visceral post-punk. The genre-bending project combines heavy guitars and racing rhythms, with cathartic and emphatic melodies. Pounding through flesh and bone, their music is overwhelming and their songs are absolute bangers, but not exclusively suited for the dancefloor. The 113 is as much for the mosh pit kids in the front, as for the timid music freaks in the back.’
