🌟Come and try one of our fabulous fun filled Acro Dance classes. We have places available for children from walking - 18 years, beginners to Advanced levels

🌟Acro Dance is a combination of acrobatics and dance. This fusion of styles creates unique blend of power and performance. Dancers trained in Acro Dance are always technically proficient in both their Acrobatic skills and their dance training.

🌟Pupils gain greatly from Acro training
• Strength building – develops core, arm, and leg strength through balances, holds, and controlled movements
• Flexibility – improves range of motion safely through stretching and fluid transitions
• Coordination & balance – enhances body awareness, control, and spatial awareness
• Posture & alignment – supports healthy posture and correct technique
• Stamina & fitness – builds cardiovascular fitness in a fun, engaging way
• Confidence & self-esteem – mastering new skills gives a real sense of achievement
• Discipline & perseverance – encourages goal-setting and resilience
• Teamwork & trust – partner and group work build cooperation and trust
• Creative expression – blends athletic skill with artistic performance

✨Wednesday classes
4.45 - 5.30pm - Acro Level 1 for children aged 6+ years
5.30 - 6.30pm - Acro Level 2+ for children aged 6+ years who have passed their level 1 Award

✨Thursday Classes
9.30-10.00am - AcroTinyTots - for children walking - 3 years. An introduction to dance and Acro, this is a parent and child class where you can assist and support your child through the movements, it's lots of fun and a great way to channel your child's energy!

✨Saturday classes
9.30-10.00am - AcroTinyTots from walking - 3 years
10.00-10.30am AcroTots for children aged 3-5 years.
10.30- 11.15am - Acro Level 1 for children aged 6+
11.15-12noon - Acro Level 2 for children aged 6+ who have passed their Level 1 Award
12.00-1.00pm - Acro Level 3/4for children who have passed their Level 2/3 Award

PLACES AVAILABLE FOR THE NEW TERM STARTING ON THURSDAY 8th JANUARY!⭐️🎉

Come and try one of our specialist toddler, fun filled Acro Dance classes. We have places available for children from walking to 5 years.

Our TinyTots and AcroTots work on the basic techniques needed for dance and acrobatics. We teach the children rhythm, balance, coordination, listening, flexibility, strengthening and simple tumbling skills in a fun and engaging environment.

We are a registered Acrobatic Arts studio and follow their syllabus, this is the most widely recognised Acro Dance syllabus in the world.

We have places available in the following classes:

Thursdays at Birchfield Community Centre, Yeovil
