K's Kicks Line Dancing & Country Events

Looking for something to do? Come and join one of our weekly beginner line dancing classes. We have our Tuesday evening class 7-9pm in Glyn Ceiriog at Canolfan Ceiriog and Thursday afternoons at Chirk Bunkhouse 12-2pm (each with a mid-session break for refreshments). We'll have our fan on the go, water available to help keep cool and some nice new dances.

🎶💃🕺Not sure what to expect? We dance to a mix of music including country, rock, pop and latino, and our dances are suitable for absolute beginners and beginners.

👢👡👞👟👖👗 Not sure what to wear? Whatever you like! If you feel more comfortable in jeans, cowboy boots and a hat - so do a lot of us - however, we also have dancers that are just as comfortable turning up in leggings, joggers or dresses, and for footwear shoes, sandals (full foot, not slip-on) or trainers. All we ask is that you do not wear flip-flops 🩴 or other loose footwear that can slide/kick off while dancing.

🩳🕶️When the weather is hot - feel free to get your legs out and turn up and dance in shorts and clothing suitable for the warmer weather to help you keep cool. Comfort is key!

🪙 Classes are £5 per adult (children dance HALF PRICE) and can be paid cash on the door, by card (yes, we're bringing in card payments) or in advance by bank transfer. To pay by bank transfer get in touch using the details below.

Today is the day! Our first fortnightly Thursday evening beginner line dancing class at Nannerch Memorial Hall is tonight, 7-9pm (with a mid-session break for refreshments). We'll have our fan on the go, water available to help keep cool and some nice easy beginner dances to get you hooked.

We're set up ready for some line dancing taster sessions. The event is free to get in and there's stalls, live music, dancing... And did I mention it's free to get in? Why not pop along and join us.

We're kicking this week off with our weekly beginner level line dancing classes at the below locations AND our first Monthly class in Corwen with South Denbighshire Community Partnership AND, don't forget: CHILDREN ARE HALF PRICE!

Mondays 7:35-8:20pm - Mold at Aspire to inspire fitness - (booking essential via the ATIF website)

Tuesdays 7-9pm - Glyn Ceiriog at Canolfan Ceiriog Centre, New Road, Glyn Ceiriog

Wednesdays 7:30-9:30pm - Rossett at Rossett Village Hall

Thursday AFTERNOON 12-2pm - Chirk at Parish Hall, Chirk, Wrexham

Thursday EVENING 7-9pm - Introducing our new MONTHLY class at Canolfan Ni with South Denbighshire Community Partnership. All the dates for 2026 can be found in the attached poster.

All of our 2-hour classes are £5 per person (NB. prices for our Mold class on a Monday are as per the ATIF membership or PAYG plans and need booking before the session on their website) and include a mid-session refreshments break - hot/cold drink & a biscuit available for 50p! You can pay in cash on the door for these classes. Children are welcome and are HALF PRICE when dancing (free if just accompanying and watching).
