We’re Hiring – Soft Play Centre Manager (30 Hours Per Week)
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and hands-on person to help run our busy soft play centre.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same! You’ll be responsible for keeping the centre running smoothly, supporting the team, and making sure our customers have a great experience.
Your duties will include:
⭐ Managing day-to-day operations of the centre
⭐ Organising staff rotas and helping with wages
⭐ Ordering stock and keeping supplies topped up
⭐ Supervising and supporting the team
⭐ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
⭐ Opening and closing the centre when required
⭐ Basic food preparation and cooking in the café area
⭐ Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are followed
⭐ Dealing with customer enquiries and helping create a welcoming atmosphere
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Is organised and reliable
✔ Can manage a team and lead by example
✔ Is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
✔ Has good customer service skills
✔ Has experience in hospitality, catering, retail, leisure, or a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
This is a 30-hour per week position, including some weekends and school holidays.
