Our lovely little ballet dancers in today’s class 🩰🧑‍🩰

Ballet is the foundation of dance and all other styles and disciplines can be learned from it (as written by Nicole Gornik CEO of the Royal Dance Conservatory). It builds strength, core flexibility, balance and discipline.

We train our dancers to be well-rounded and technically strong and we highly encourage ballet as part of our training.

The improvements we’re seeing from our little ones through to our seniors has been immense this year with numerous BATD Ballet scholarships offered out at our recent exams 🙌
