Quick trip to Tate Britain to “Life Between the Island” exhibition. Caribbean British Art from 1950 to present day. Very inspiring!! With a little stop in the Henry Moore section. Love his work 😍

So proud of my Virtual Art Club in January we tackled “Horses” it’s a difficult subject to study! Not only did they complete beautiful pictures they used a variety of media to do these from watercolours, brush pens and coloured pencils. More arriving via the recording as they have access to the on demand recording within the private FB Art Club to finish artwork or do another (102 different recordings to date !)

…. Busy doing bauble poinsettias last night at Thursday Virtual Art club.
Last live session before Christmas. A recording next week 23rd December. We using “negative painting technique” for a Cyclamen painting on the 30th December(this will be either live or recorded) before we head onto January 2022 topic : Horses 🐎

The end of a fabulous 3 weeks sessions in London on a Fabric screen printing course. Learning the basics of stencils through to light sensitive emulsions to create amazing hand printed designs. Absolutely loved it and will be going back renting out a printing station to create more fabric designs. In the new year I will return to learn how to turn these skills to print on paper😁
