Meet Miss Sorcha!! Growing up in Scotland, Sorcha started dancing at the age of three and hasn’t stopped since. Sorcha has professionally trained in a multitude of styles including Jazz, Commercial, Ballet, Contemporary, Tap and Hip-Hop. In 2020 Sorcha obtained a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Dance Artistry at one of the UK’s leading performance colleges, Addict Dance Academy.

Sorcha believes that if you feel joy doing what you love and along the way can bring joy to others, then you’re doing something right! It is for this reason that when Sorcha moved to London she decided to bring her passion for dance and her love of teaching together, teaching all around London in a range of styles to all ages!

Miss Sorcha is so excited to share her knowledge and teach all of the stars at Dance Kidz Academy! You will meet Miss Sorcha at our Saturday classes at the South Wimbledon Community Centre.

MEET MISS SHANELLE!

Miss Shanelle is our fabulous principal here at Dance Kidz Academy!

Miss Shanelle grew up in Australia where all she did was dance! She completed all of her dance examinations across all styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, street dance and acrobatics in both CSTD and RAD. Miss Shanelle loved competing in dance competitions across Australia, gaining many awards along the way. Miss Shanelle has taught many students over the years that have gone on to have professional dance careers all over the world!

Miss Shanelle is also the owner of babyballet Wimbledon. She is the mummy to three lovely children who all love dance just as much as she does!
