Team Development Day!

Yesterday, we brought our HQ team together for our Team Development Day and to celebrate 25 years of partnership with Disney Cruise Line. It was a day full of development, learning, bonding, and plenty of fun along the way!

It was a great opportunity to step away from our screens, reconnect as a team, reflect on what we’ve achieved, and look ahead to what’s next.

Our morning and early afternoon were led by Dr. Julianne Mullen, who took us through a series of activities and games that were not only great fun, but each had a deeper meaning linked to our business:

Understanding people • Building trust • Recognising potential

Later in the day, as a surprise for the team we headed to The Traitors: Live Experience and WOW… what an experience! We had an absolute blast putting our teamwork, strategy and trust to the test!

We were delighted to welcome a very special surprise guest… Natalie, Senior Recruiter with Disney Cruise Line!

🥉 WE’VE WON BRONZE… COULD GOLD BE NEXT? 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Excellent Entertainment has been named a Bronze Winner in the Great British Business & Community Awards 2026!

With more than 2,770 nominations received from businesses and organisations across the UK, reaching this stage is something our entire team can be very proud of.

For more than 25 years, we’ve worked hard to create opportunities, build lasting partnerships and represent exceptional talent across the entertainment and cruise industries. Recognition like this belongs to everyone who has been part of that journey — our brilliant team, our clients, partners and, of course, the thousands of talented people we’ve had the privilege of representing.

And Bronze might not be the end of the story…

Silver and Gold winners will be revealed at the National Awards Ceremony on Friday 25th September at the Crowne Plaza, Marlow.

For now, though, we’re delighted to be able to say:
