Here’s to introducing Holly! 🫶 ❤️

So, I’ve felt it’s time for me to take a step back from the business recently.

Thankfully, Holly has stepped in to my shoes and has been absolutely amazing! Whether it’s baking, food prep, running events, working the bar or generally keeping me organised (which is no small task! 😂), she’s taken everything on with confidence and a smile.

She’s settled into The Waterbridge so naturally that she’s already become an invaluable part of our little family both behind the scenes and front of house and I couldn’t be more grateful to have her here ❤️

So if you’re visiting us for any event, this beautiful face is one you’ll be seeing a lot more of. (You’ll see mine pottering around still but not nearly as good to look at as this one these days!) 🤣 I can guarantee that Holly will provide to you the first class service that I have……she hosted her very first event recently whilst I was holidaying and I received a beautiful message to say how pleased they were with our services! 😆 Please show your support for her going forward and say hi! ❤️

Seriously how do these balloon artists create amazing displays in minutes! 🤦‍♀️ It’s taken me two and a half days off n on to put this together from left over balloons kindly donated by previous guests. It may not be perfect…..but it’s here and it’s “free” to use should you book the venue for your celebratory event! 🫶❤️

A little appreciation post for the lady behind our scones… ❤️🫶

I just wanted to give a very special shout-out to my wonderful Mum. Every single scone we serve with our afternoon teas is lovingly homemade by her.

She starts early, bakes them fresh, and pours so much care into making sure they’re just right. This weekend they received so many lovely compliments from our customers, and I couldn’t be prouder.

I know everyone sees The Waterbridge, but behind the scenes my Mum is a huge part of what makes our afternoon tea scones so special.

So here’s to the queen of the scones… thank you so much Mum.❤️
