Welcome to Bambi’s Crafty Corner! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Orders & Deposits
All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of ordering. This deposit secures your spot in the production queue and covers materials and initial time invested. No work will begin on your item until the deposit is received.
2. Customisation & Spelling
We create your items exactly as you specify, including names, phrases, and other custom elements.
Please double-check all spellings before submitting your order.
We cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
3. Replacements & Errors
We take great care in creating each item. However, if there is a mistake on our end - such as a colour discrepancy or a production error then we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a clear description and photo of the issue. If deemed it is an error our side, said item must be returned (at no cost to yourself) and a new item made and sent out to you.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and you will be provided with tracking information where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size and destination of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for postal delays, although we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues. If there is damage during transit or your parcel hasn't been received then please contact us.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend it.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not offered unless there is a fault with the item as described above.
6. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround times vary depending on order volume and product type. We will provide an estimated dispatch date when your order is confirmed. Please contact us if you need something urgently.
7. Intellectual Property
All original designs, images, and content created by Bambi’s Crafty Corner remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced without permission.
