So beautiful ones, it’s a new year. One that by all accounts promises to be faster paced than any of us can imagine, yet full of discovery and exploration, creativity and community.

I for one feel full of excitement to watch how things in the world pan out this year. Having just listened to Pam Gregory’s 2026 astrology view we’re in for quite a ride. I’ll be quietly watching the breakdown of things from the sidelines. Shining my quiet light of love and kindness whenever I’m invited. Keeping still and grounded in my heart, and choosing stay out of the fear and chaos that is sure to prevail.

This year in March I will celebrate turning 50 with family and friends. No extortionate celebration just good food and wine and company. I love getting older. I’m becoming my own wisest guide - the one I’ve always searched for outside of myself.

I’m choosing my own frequency and energy and experience. I’m choosing love and light and happiness.

This year will be filled with creating and collaborating, colour and sparkles, new friends and old.

I’m letting go of control and clinging, thinking I need the answers, and thinking I have all the answers!

This year I will listen, deeper, harder and with more presence that I have ever felt.

I will empower and lift, share my knowledge and gifts with love. I will trust in my voice when it come from my heart.

I plan to shine my little lighthouse light bright this year. I will help guide all those who resonate away from the rocks in the dark stormy sea. Together shining our little lights we will light up the world. 🕯️

When we realise we weren’t meant to just fit in!

This weekend, I felt that inner restlessness.
Tired. Foggy. Irritated.
Like a low hum under everything—
not loud, but constant.

There was no clear cause.
But my soul was trying to get my attention.

So I turned inward and opened this week’s Gene Key email from the beautiful Richard Rudd. His voice is just magical. If you’re not signed up already do it today.
