A few moments from our Over 50s Circus Showcase. 🎪

Performers aged 55-96 took to the stage in front of a sold-out audience.

The show ended with a standing ovation.

Something a little different for your sketchbook...

Our next Circus Life Drawing features aerialist and contortionist Jo Foley alongside nine over 50s circus performers.

Yes, it's life drawing, but all of our models are fully clothed.

Expect unusual poses, changing performers throughout the evening and plenty of opportunities to draw characters you won't find at a typical life drawing session.

Never drawn before? It doesn't matter. Artist and tutor Julie Arnall will be on hand if you'd like a few tips or pointers, but there's no pressure and no experience needed.

Our café will be serving tea, coffee and homemade cakes throughout the evening, and you can drop in any time between 5pm and 8pm.

Some people come for the circus. Some come for the drawing. Everyone comes back for the atmosphere.

Tickets are selling well, so book ahead if you'd like to join us.

Circus Life Drawing isn't a class. There's no pressure, no structure and no experience needed.

Drop in any time between 5pm and 8pm, stay for twenty minutes or the whole evening. Draw, doodle, watch, have a cup of tea and enjoy the atmosphere.

An art tutor will be on hand if you'd like some tips, but you're equally welcome to do your own thing.

Expect aerialists, jugglers and other fully clothed circus performers posing throughout the evening, plus music, cake and a welcoming atmosphere.

Some people come for the circus. Some come for the drawing. Everyone comes back for the atmosphere.

Please note — no circus classes on Sun 7 June or Sun 14 June.

We are taking a short pause while we rehearse for our Over 50s Circus Showcase and prepare for Circus Life Drawing.

Classes will return as normal on Sun 21 June, 11am–12.15pm.
