🎶 A feel-good singing session with Hannah Brine 🎶

Fancy a fun, relaxed evening of singing before our Autumn choir terms begin? Join Hannah on Tuesday 15th September, 7–8.30pm at Harecourt Community Hall, N1 2LR, where we'll learn an uplifting choral arrangement of Elbow's brilliant One Day Like This.

Current and former choir members are very welcome, and friends and family (18+) can join too! 💫

✨ Join Walthamstow Singers for our summer concert ✨

📅 Saturday 20 June, 7.30pm
📍 St Mary’s, Walthamstow

Spend a midsummer evening with us enjoying a beautiful programme of contemporary choral music by Billy Joel, Ola Gjeilo, Bob Chilcott, Christopher Tin, Sarah Quartel and Shruthi Rajasekar. The concert ranges from a tender lullaby, to the rhythmic and lyrical four-movement Songs My Heart Has Taught Me by Chilcott, and Christopher Tin's epic theme music from Civilisation VI.

We're enjoying getting stuck into 'Resolution' from Bob Chilcott's (with lyricist Delphine Chalmers) wonderful 'Songs my Heart has Taught Me'. 🎶✨

Chilcott says "...the piece ends quietly and tonally, but of course does not completely resolve. That is the story of life." 💙💫
