In 2017 we met our manager Ross for the very first time, while in Ibiza, watching Joseph Capriati. At the time, Murphy’s Law wasn’t even a thing, and we had no idea how important we would all become in each other’s lives a few years further down the line.
Fast forward 6 years and tonight we’re making our Ibiza debut, on the Amnesia terrace, for our hero Joseph, with all of our nearest and dearest.
Talk about full circle stuff ❤️🔥
Bit of a different post on here today, but we woke up this morning and realized that we’d just hit over 500k monthly listeners, and have had over 1 million streams on Spotify in the last 28 days!
We know these aren’t record breaking figures and we also still have a very long way to go in our careers, and still have SO much more that we want to achieve, but if you would have told us we’d be hitting these numbers at the start of the year we defo wouldn’t have believed you! 😂
We’re also fully aware that streaming figures aren’t everything, but when you put so much time and effort into making music It’s amazing seeing so many people enjoying it 🤝
However, the reason behind this post was more to highlight the fact that this time last year, we were getting less than 20,000 streams a month and were having countless days and nights wondering if we were doing something wrong, or whether our situation was ever going to dramatically change as we were struggling HARD 😅
Now being able to fast forward on 12 months from that, we suppose the message to take from this is that if you’re one of those producers questioning whether you’re wasting your time, or wondering if s**ts ever gonna change, then all we can say is keep working hard, make what you love and stick to your game plan as it can all flip really quickly and all it takes is a moment, or track, to do so ❤️🔥

📀 AIN’T NO OTHER MAN 📀
We still can’t believe that we’re finally able to announce that ‘Ain’t No Other Man’ has now been fully cleared and will be released this Summer on the legendary Ministry of Sound, as a Remix of Christina Aguilera’s hit record from back in 2006! 😍
We grew up listening to the original version of this track, so to get the green light after 8 months of nervously waiting to see what the outcome would be, it’s an unreal feeling to know we’ve got it over the line. The fact Christina herself actually digs the tune, and has signed off on us remixing such an iconic composition is something we’re still trying to get our heads around. 🤯
This is easily the most exciting moment in our careers to date as producers, and we’d be lying if we said we hadn’t dreamt of a moment like this since we started making music 14 years ago, so to finally put pen to paper feels very surreal.
Massive thanks to everybody at Ministry for their relentless hard work over the last 8 months while chasing this sample clearance, and for welcoming us into the team, and making us feel so at home from the get go - hopefully this is the start of something great 🤝
