Circus Wessex The Wessex Community Circus works with young people and other community groups. From Circus Groups, to Youth Clubs.

We also provide professional entertainment services from Childrens Parties to Large Festivals. We are working with communities all over Wessex, helping individuals and helping other groups. We run youth projects which include Salisbury Community Circus and a Free Activity Scheme for young people, The Buzz Action Roadshow We support other organisations and projects, which includes a Youth Cafe an

d many youth clubs and groups and other Youth Circus or community projects

We provide entertainment for Community Events. We raise revenue by supplying services at events.

I am very very sad to announce the passing of Georgia Haggarty. Georgia joined our Circus Club aged 12 when she was infirm but determined to enjoy herself and attempt circus skills. Georgia stole our show at Salisbury Carnival when she was 13. She walked the route with a zimmer frame, and then when there were pauses she would discard the frame and somehow, barely able to stand, wobbly she would hula hoop... to the cheers whoops and appreciation of the large crowds lucky enough to witness this. I shall never forget the grin on her face.. the skill and focus it must have taken to direct the little energy she had into that ... within a few months Georgia was consigned to a wheelchair, but this did not stop her becoming a pop loving teenager. She loved her pop music, her boybands, her girlbands. She graced many social clubs and was a life force of her own. I am truly in tears as I write this. I did not expect this. Georgia we will miss you x
