£1,708 raised for the British Heart Foundation ❤️

I honestly don’t know what to say, other than thank you.

This all started with creating Bingo Beats CPR — a daft little idea that somehow turned into a full fundraiser week, with quiz nights, raffle tickets, games, prizes, charity flyers, donations and so many people getting involved.

And because of that support, we’ve raised an incredible £1,708 for the British Heart Foundation.

Thank you to everyone who bought tickets, played the extras, donated prizes, helped source prizes, put money in the pot, shared posts, or simply turned up and supported the nights.

I also need to give a special mention to my best friend Catherine, who has put up with me, my stropping, helped put hampers together, helped source prizes, helped in general, and somehow kept the flat tidy while I’ve spent pretty much every spare second fundraising and keeping Gary’s Quizzes running — all while working full time as a nurse too. I couldn’t have done this week without her.

The British Heart Foundation means a lot to so many people, and seeing everyone get behind it like this has been genuinely amazing.

Absolutely brilliant from the Grey Horse Boldon ❤️

Since **13th May**, when the charity pot went on the bar and quiz money / Charity Flyer money started going in, the Grey Horse has raised an amazing **£476**.

That includes yesterday’s **£100 Retro Tuesday fundraiser**, so a massive thank you to **Si, Titch, the Grey Horse team** and everyone who supported it.

Also a big thank you to **James** for letting me basically do what I want on a Wednesday — quizzes, Charity Flyer, fundraiser extras and all the usual chaos. It really does make a difference.

It’s the final night of BHF / CPR fundraiser quiz week, and tonight’s quiz starts at the earlier time of **8pm**.

It’s the same quiz that’s been running all week, with a **Doctors** picture round and the theme…

Please note, for this week only, the quiz is **£1 per person** rather than £1 per team.

There’ll also be a few £1 cash extras going on alongside the quiz, including raffle tickets, Charity Flyer, Bingo Beats and more.

The big raffle draw will also take place tonight.

Plus, Board Inn quizzers get **10% off drinks from 8:30pm till 10:30pm**.

❤️ BHF Lifesaving Fundraiser Update ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone The Blue Bell, Fulwell last night.

The second quiz night of the fundraiser raised around **£171** for the **British Heart Foundation**, which is absolutely brilliant. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets, had a go on the games, picked up mystery envelopes, donated, or supported in any way.

And a big shoutout to **Louis, Stacey and the team** for supporting me as always.

❤️ BHF Lifesaving Fundraiser Update ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone at The Washington Arms last night.

The first quiz night of the fundraiser raised a brilliant **£93.64** for the **British Heart Foundation**. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets, had a go on the games, picked up mystery envelopes, donated, or supported in any way.

And a big thank you to **Zoe and her brilliant team** for supporting me as always.

Absolutely brilliant — a massive thank you to the Grey Horse team and everyone who supported Retro Tuesday today. ❤️

They’ve raised a fantastic **£100** towards my **British Heart Foundation Lifesaving Fundraiser**, which is amazing.

Special shoutout to **Si and Titch**, who were involved today and do so much for Retro Tuesday most weeks — and especially to **Si** for running today’s quiz.

That’s **one fundraiser event down, three quiz nights still to go** this week. ❤️

Also, a quick shoutout for what they do every week — **Retro Tuesday runs every Tuesday from 12pm till 3pm** at the Grey Horse, with a mini quiz, games, bingo and **2 courses for £7.50**.

Really appreciate the support. ❤️
