Let's work on action and lines full of expression. We will learn how to use the pencil 'as a brush', which will give us an expressive line, with variations in tone and thickness.

Join Life Drawing this week!

This week we will have two exercises on 'planning and ex*****on' (no, it is not about organizing a murder!)
It is about dividing your practice into two stages: a semi-transparent presentation, with tentative lines followed by a second part in which we move into confident, expressive lines.
The same idea will be applied during the long pose, so -if my theory is right- your drawings will look amazing in the end.

LIFE DRAWING THIS WEEK

This week in life drawing we will use matchstick figures to construct our drawing and also to check proportions.
Also, before everybody starts crying, we will have two short sketches to draw feet!!

So two mild challenges: structure and feet! it is for your own good!

Life Drawing with a prize!

(not silhouette, no lines of definition).
Definitely not an easy one, very experimental, but I am sure that great works will emerge from these exercises.
